- Fees for the entire week – all inclusive. Fees are in Swedish Krona (SEK), with an approximate conversion to Euros.
A registration for the entire event includes access to all presentations, lunches, coffee breaks, and the poster/demo session. At the time of registration, you can indicate which days you plan to attend, if not the entire event. As the registration cost is very low, we cannot offer single-day registration.
The Social Event is not included in the registration cost as it is offered by the City of Stockholm. At the time of of registration, please specify if you will attend. The reception at the City Hall will not incur any cost if you select to attend. You will have a personal invitation (based on your name and title) issued.
Please note a no-show would result in being charged for the reception (as the City would do so).
At the time of registration, please specify if you plan to submit (or already submitted) a demo/poster or a short talk abstract – you can give tentative title(s). Please submit your proposal separately as per the Call for Posters/Demos.
A number of spots is reserved for ACCESS and ICES members at no charge. SWITS members can register at a discounted rate.
